Customers call the hotline 090 497 1919 for the Customer Service Center to support activating and registering warranty for MOSHI's products.
The warranty period of a replacement or repair part is 06 months from the date the customer receives the part or product, or is calculated according to the remaining product warranty period, whichever is longer.
Free warranty conditions:
- The product is still within the warranty period specified in item 2.
- The product has been registered for warranty or the methods to confirm the valid date of purchase / purchase invoice matches the model, serial number on the product.
- The product is used for its correct purpose, function and in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Damages and defects of the product are assessed and concluded due to failures, component failures, technical defects from the Manufacturer by MOSHI TTDVKH or MOSHI authorized warranty station.
- Machine number, Serial number, seal, warranty stamp on the product must be intact, not torn or lost.
- Products provided by MOSHI's distribution system.
Product warranty coverage?
1. Warranty location:
- Customers with addresses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are warranted at home.
- Customers in other provinces / cities apply the warranty at the point of sale or send it to the Warranty Center in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.
2. Product warranty range:
